Frequently asked questions

How does access work right now?
Register with your chosen plan — your account is created instantly in our system. For Starter and Pro, the admin will manually activate your access within 24 hours while Stripe automated billing is being set up.
How does the auto-trade work?
Pro and Ultimate subscribers download BLEETrader, connect their own Schwab or IBKR API keys, and every day at 3:52 PM ET the app automatically reads the BLEE signal and places rebalance orders in their own brokerage account. Pro subscribers access 1 investment model; Ultimate subscribers access 2. You stay in full control.
Is my brokerage account safe with BLEE?
Yes. You connect your own brokerage API keys directly to BLEETrader on your local machine. BLEE never holds your credentials, funds, or trades on your behalf.
When will Stripe billing go live?
Stripe automated billing is being finalized. Early subscribers are manually activated by the admin and will be migrated to automated billing when it launches — no action needed on your part.
